Digital Trading offer an Applied Unified Communications service, called i-Connect, that helps Enterprise’s to increase sales and operational efficiencies through targeted and personalised communications with their customers. It is a SaaS, white label service, that we sell globally to Fixed and Mobile Network Operators to allow them to drive incremental premium traffic over their networks using this innovative VAS.

SMS

Send single or bulk SMS to customers or groups of customers allowing direct response to the Users mobile phone or to the Inbox on the platform.

Mail merge

Create personalised letters and print to a local printer on the enterprise’s headed paper for thousands of customers using information that has been collected and stored in the customer’s profile.

Email

Send single or bulk personalised emails to target groups allowing direct response that feeds automatically to the Inbox on the platform or to the Users personal e-mail address.

Click2Dial

Set up a voice call between the User and their customer over mobile or fixed phones by clicking the on screen call button, control and record the call while keeping a record of the event against the specific customer.

Conference Calling

Set up a conference call with up to 20 customers at the one time by simply selecting them on screen and pressing the dial button, no passwords or training required, everyone’s phone will ring and they simply answer to join the call, use the on screen controls to manage the call (add, mute, disconnect callers, record).

Appointments

Create appointments with one or many customers using the online calendar, send out appointment grabbers to the User and the appointees to automatically add it to their calendars (Outlook, Blackberry etc), send automatic reminders using SMS, e-mail or IVR and collect confirmations of attendance that automatically update the online calendar.

Calendar

Use the online calendar to schedule any type of communication to be delivered at future times and dates to individual customers or groups of customers (SMS, e-mail, Letters, Conference calls and Appointments).

IVR

Set up an online IVR service that can collect calls to a dedicated fixed or mobile number for the enterprise, store voice messaging or route inbound calls to another number. Use IVR to create automated outbound calling campaigns with customers to confirm appointments or manage the delivery of services.

Fixed and Mobile Operators are looking for new ways to win and retain customers while at the same time increasing revenues and margins.  Enterprise customers are looking for new and more efficient ways to communicate with their customers and are turning to their Fixed and Mobile Operators for solutions.  Digital Trading have designed the new Applied Unified Communications service called iConnect for the Operator to sell to their enterprise customers as a white label service that is operated by Digital Trading as a SaaS solution but branded as the Operators own service.  The service will dramatically increase the Whole Life Value of an enterprise customer while at the same time creating incremental high margin SMS and voice traffic.  The service has been designed for mass market use by SOHO and SME customers and brings simplicity and ease of use to otherwise inaccessible services like CRM, Conference Calling or Bulk SMS.  Digital Trading work as a partner with the Operator to successfully deliver the iConnect service to their enterprise customers either on a licensed software or revenue share basis.  The iConnect service is completely customisable for each Operator to create a unique service with bundles of SMS and Voice minutes to create the ideal proposition for specific enterprise sectors.
