iConnect Pro: This service is designed for large business users, in addition to all of the functionality included in the Lite Version the Professional Version includes:
- Create any number of User licenses for one enterprise
- Manage user accounts to allow other members of staff access to defined services
- Manage and share customer contact details with HQ and or regional offices
- View online bills and reports for other Users activity within a single enterprise
- Receive SMS and Voice replies to the platform using dedicated numbers
- Use IVR services to receive and make calls or to automate business processes
- Manage an appointment calendar with automatic reminders for customers
- Collect confirmations from customers for appointments using SMS, e-mail and IVR
