How our model works
Our business has been established to offer the innovative i-connect Solution for Enterprise through a network of Fixed and Mobile Operators globally. The service is offered as a hosted solution that is licensed to the Operator either on a monthly fee per User or on a pure revenue share model. The Operator then offers the service to their enterprise customer for a monthly fee per User (which may include a free bundle of SMS and Calls) or they may choose to offer the service free of charge for the basic application but charged for all premium communications used in the month. Our Operator partners will use the service to drive more enterprise traffic over their networks; they will set the rates for premium communications services and keep the bulk of the revenues generated through enterprises engaging with their consumers. Where the Operator has existing Soft Switch Technology or the ability to interconnect to SMS or IP Voice Traffic, Digital Trading will integrate to the Operators’ own services.
Commercial Model for the i-connect service:
- Initial set up fee for SI and Telco bespoke design work
- Minimum monthly License fee for an agreed minimum number of users
- Monthly license fee for all additional users over the minimum
- Monthly Hosting fees for managing and operating the service
- Revenue share on premium communications service such as SMS and voice
- Professional Service Fees for bespoke work with Reseller or their customers on Time and Materials basis
By building detailed customer profiles through engaging with the customer enterprises can create very targeted and effective communications campaigns that are executed using SMS, e-mail, Teleconferencing, IVR etc. The service can be used to promote special offers, manage customer services, collect payments, renew services, remind customers of key dates or events. If used responsibly this type of personalised and targeted communications can also makes a customer feel valued by the Enterprise and it will promote loyalty. The Operator will gain significant customer loyalty and generate incremental high margin revenues through the successful deployment of the iConnect service.
