Our Telco partners offer a fully supported service that can be bundled with existing fixed, mobile and broadband service packages. The iConnect service will significantly decrease a Telco’s churn while at the same time will drive revenue growth through the sale of traditional communications service such as SMS and voice by offering it as a Value Added Service that helps their enterprise customers to communicate with their customers better. How does it work for the Telco:
- DTwill manage and operate the service for the Telco
- DT will integrate to the Telco network to deliver voice, SMS and e-mail traffic
- The Telco sets the monthly subscriptions fee and traffic rates
- Using the DT service the Telco can support and bill their enterprise customers for usage
- DT will support the Telco in delivering the service to enterprise customers with Time and Materials
